Ok, after 10 years of sitting in my back yard, my 75's rotors really need to be re-surfaced or replaced. I just bough all new rotors for the front and the back, but when I started I realized it looks like the rotors are riveted on. My question is, is it hard to drill out all of the rivets and is that the hardest part? I really want to replace them so any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!!

Not too hard just drill all the way through. Can't remember what size bet I used. (Was metric anyway) punch the remaining bit out without using too much force and the old rotors should come off fairly easy. no need to rivet the new rotors on, that was just a short cut in the manufacturing process.:thumb

remember to check the runout when installing the new rotors. If you forget and it's out that can cause other problems
