Help! Rough Idle

I have a 94 lt1 with 57,238 miles on it. A couple weeks ago it started having a rough idle, and under 2,000 rpm spark knock, stumbles, just runs poor. Only with hard acceleration. I have been through the FCM and still stumped. No codes thrown. What should I change first, or is there somthing else I'm missing? The only other thing is some times it truns over a little slow, most time fine. New battery about 2 months ago.

Been through the same issues with my 92. One cat was empty... everything had just rattled loose and disintegrated. The other cat innards were loose. Gutting them helped. Also had to replace the ECM but there were some electronic gremlins involved. Good luck.

Clean the throttle body with emphasis on the Idle Air Circuit.
Injector cleaning might help also.
