Ruby Red ZR1 Spotted in Downtown Portland, Oreg

All,
Spotted a Stock Ruby Red ZR1 with Washington State Plates rolling on Hwy 26 into Downtown Portland, Oregon Sunday Afternoon. Drove up behind for serveral blocks, then stop along side him for 2 traffic lights. At the second light he finally notice me & said hi. I hope he makes it to the Pacific Northwest Gathering August 1-4th.
