Any potential investor who really understands how much electrical energy it takes to electrolyze hydrogen in useful quantities from water will keep his wallet tightly zipped. There are at least ten other "make hydrogen from water on-board" scams out there right now; they'll take the money and run quick before the FTC and the legal system can shut them down.
