rusty C 3 FRAME

I have a 1970 T roof with serious rust problems at the suspension arms;
Instead of repairing this chassis I'm thinking of replacing the frame with a brand new one with a C 4 suspension set up;
Has anyone experience with this or good leads on such a frame?
Any info is appreciated
