Very nice to see all the C-1's in the parking lot at the Corvette Assembly Plant. There were also many nice C-2, C-3, etc. in the parking lot.

The Corvette Assembly Plant was very interesting and informative. Watching the cars being put together by the people on the line was awesome. They have the best job in the world.
They don't allow pictures to be taken inside the Plant.

The rack on the trunk of the white Corvette was fabricated from still photos of the rack used on the Route 66 show. The cars door panels were signed by Buzz and Tod, and the sunvisor signed by Zora.

On Thursday the 15th we took a road trip to Automasters, home of Jim Van Dorn. His working shop was very interesting as was the very informative talk he gave.

Also heard from Joe Pruitt, photo 408, in white shirt and shoes. Joe Pruitt runs the Corvette Homecoming that took place July 16 -18 2010 in Bowling Green KY.

After Automasters we went to lunch at Culvers Restaurant for lunch. While there several families enjoyed looking at the Corvettes parked in the lot. I let a few of them sit in my car. I hope someday they will want to buy one when they grow up.

Now there is a trailer setup. Don't know if I would want to be responsible for all that, but you could make your insurance agent happy.
