Seatbelt doesn't 'CINCH' when buckled ?

Hello Everyone...I have an 87 with (31K) and I’m having trouble with the passenger side seatbelt not 'cinching-up' after someone buckles in. Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix? Also...I thought 'SAFETY' related item like seatbelts had a lifetime warranty?

There is a re-call on seat belts on '84-91 vettes. Call your local dealer and give them your vin number. They will look it up and probably tell you to bring it in. I did, and they fixed both of mine for free.

I hope you have black interior, i think that's all they have left, as far as a replacement assy.
