Hey i was just wondering how much it cost you guys to reupholster your seats and what type of tires you recommend for 18's or 17's. Thanks

I'll start with wheels first...
18s will fit with 255/45 tires. Just realize the more rim that shows the more likely the stance has the potential to look awkward. Technically, a 235/45/20 would fit under a C3 so as long as the backspace was no more than 4.5"---- although the wheels would look far to large for the car, they would still fit (DISCLAIMER: I'd never go that big and recommend that no one does as the increased rotating weight could effect handling).

I have 255/50/17s. They are dimensionally the same height and width of the OEM 255/60/15s.

The key to getting the wheel to OEM size is to stay with an overall 27 inch diameter.

Below is a great link where you can input your OEM wheel and tire size and then test different aspect ratios and sizes to get the right fit.

Now for seats....
I shopped with Wilcox. They have great prices. They may even be the cheapest around. Don't let that discourage you- they sell Corvette America parts! I paid less than $400 for my installed cushions for my 1980.
