Seeking a '79

Colors I'm interested in are Black, Red, White, Silver / Grey. Should have A/C. An L82, 4-speed combo would be ideal, but will consider car with Automatic if the car is really nice.
Not concerned with an "Original" car, just one that I don't have to drop a bunch of dollars into to make it "Showable". I'm not talking competition, just when people see it they go "What a *****in' car".
I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area so something west of the Rockies would be preferred, but if the car's "The One", there's always transporters.

I have a 78 Eckler Daytona that I have been working on for the last year. All the body work is done and all it needs now is new paint/ It is powered by a 400sb and turbo 350. It's a real head turner even in primer. I've been out of work for almost a year now so I'm have to look at selling my dream car. If you are interested let me know. Also I in Washington State.

If your still interested in a vette my neighbor has a 80 that is a show car that is driveable on the street. It is a white exterior/ black leather interior, car has been completely redone, it has a motor upgrade the orginal is a 305 now it has a ZZ-4 polished intake stainless braided hoses and lines. Chrome all over the engine compartment, polished out the factory alumiun wheels, You could probaly pick this up for about 16,000.00 Iknow that he has at least 20,000.00 in it.
