Setting time on Cassette/Radio

I have an original equipment Delco Radio/Cassette deck in my 1980 L-82. Can someone enlighten me on how to set the time? I do not see any buttons to use and am at a loss on how to do it. The display is digital and all there are are programming buttons for the stations, Bass and Treble sliders and the volume and tuning nobs.

Pull out on the Scan button to set hours and pull out on Seek button to set minutes. I had to read the manual to find out, mines been the wrong time for 6 years.:L
