Anyone know where to get these? I actually saw a Shinoda Grand Sport tonite (pretty sure I know who owns it) and it looked pretty tough. I've never seen any for sale though;shrug

There ain't no mo' Jay, at least as far as I have been told (by some knowledgeable people too ;)).

Jay,

I expressed an interest in them last year (strictly from an admiration POV) and someone posted a link to a place in Georgia that had a few of the kits for sale. The thread has since been pruned so hopefully that same person is still active here and will see this thread. A Shinoda/Rick Mears 95 was on eBay last week - Admiral Blue - and it was schweet!

They're out there, it's just a matter of finding them. Good luck dude!

AT one point I heard that The Last Detail in georgia had them.

their website is www.tld-corvette.com

You will have to call them as they don't have it listed on their website.

That's interesting. Thanks for the info. I know the guy with the GS up the road from me recently did the conversion. His car looks awesome. If I see it again, I'll definately post some pics.

hey if u want the Shinoda Aka Rick Mears, for non-zr1 c4 , and a kit that bolt straight on it will cost you around $2500 to $3000 not inc installtion and shipping. I was going 2 buy one this yr but i change my mind and save the money to mod the eng, when that is done i will add the kit as it looks SWEET!@!

I cant remember the name of the store i was goin2 buy off, but some guy at corvettefourm told me about it as he got his kit from their and it was a TOP job, i will have alook and find the email address for you if u want it

Thanks for the info but i won't be buying anything yet. I was just wondering about the availability of some of these kits. Lingenfelter makes a real nice looking body kit also for around the same price. It might only be for the ZR-1 though.

Thats absolutely sick! What years are they available for? Uhg now I want one :(

If you can find one, they should fit any of the C4 years.
