when replacing shocks from a performance package ( Z51,Z07) C4, which shocks would be a good replacement shock? bilistien oem, KYB,

If you have the Z51/Z07 package, I would stay with the factory Bilsteins.
If you use the car for autocross and/or track days, you might want to consider the KONI adjustables.
