Should there be o-rings here?

P/S fluid is leaking from around the base of these two fittings, should there be o rings in there?

This is the top of the p/s ram.

No, they are flare seats just like your brake lines. If the seat or line end is damaged they'll leak.

If the end of the flare fitting is damaged it will leak. Here is a trick that might help if the damaged end is not too bad. Clean up & dry both halfs of the connection. Take thread lock blue and coat the end of the flare. Assemble & Wait 4 hours then try it out. Might close a small gap. The thread lock goes on the flare NOT the threads.
