By the way. . . I finally found the ACME license maker web address in an old file. Although you can't find all the plate designs (the latest 2 MS designs aren't included) there are plenty of choices to play around with for avatars and signatures.

Tip: After you make one you like, you'll have to copy or save it to your computer. He doesn't allow links to photos on his site.
