Never would have thought...

I didn't ever think about the possibility of lifting a tire off the ground while at the track, but thanks to a professional photographer being on site, I got this shot at Mid Ohio. Kinda fun!

Yes, I was running faster than my buddy Sam and his 2001 Viper GTS! Mine pretty much stock, his up on horsepower, brake upgrade and more.

Too bad I have a full face helmet, or you would have seen me grinning ear to ear that day. Mid-Ohio rocks. A Z06 at Mid-Ohio is killer. In the afternoon of the second day I got to run in the top group - which had no passing rules to speak of. There was an ALMS car on the track and a couple of other scorchers. I was wild setting up a car to pass like it was a race. Very awesome. If ya got the ponies, you gotta let 'em run! Get your Z out to a track. Eatin up all kinds of rides is just a hoot.
