I'm getting frustrated with some vendors, especially the smaller ones who are apparently shooting themselves in the foot! Their communication is HORRIBLE!
Two weeks ago I ordered some roof panel brackets from Dino's Corvette Salvage. I received a confirmation email and the funds were pending withdrawl from my PayPal account. Today I noticed that the balance was more than I expected so I tried to figure out why. PayPal also completely removed the pending transaction and apparently all record of it....I couldnt find it in any case.
I realised after some quick math that it must be the Vette Brackets. I check my email and NO Email from Dino's telling me status at all. Thats just dumb business! I cancelled the order lest a sudden charge weeks or months from now appears.
So now I'll just have to order them from a larger quality vendor. Slightly higher price but MUCH better communication.
