I'm speechless. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. All I can say is that people have some odd tastes. ;squint: take a look....

There it is!

Wasn't that the style concept inspiration car for the new Lamborghini Murcielago?

Errr-why do people do these things? I know-to be different. Well, that's different, allright. :eyerole

The new Corvette Fever magazine has a Baldwin-Motion Phase III Corvette on this month's cover. It's headlamp styling treatment does not appeal too much to me either (reminds me of a early 240Z), but it's still a six-figure car! :v

OMG and they did it to a chrome bumper car, what a waste.

The motion phase III corvette is slightly different, in that it was done right. I acutally enjoyed the article about that car. Most of these cars I have seen are done by garage mechanics. I feel that some people just do things because they are FREAKIN CRAZY. Oh well, I guess those cars will make somebody happy. It sure wont be me.

ok, DOUBLE YUCK!!! The first one (on ebay) looks like a wrecked car someone tried to dress up with fiberglass - look at the gaps in front of the front wheels and the back of the rear wheels. Then the 'Mustang-wannabe' looking rearend? That is one seriously emasculated Corvette! The other (barrett jackson) looks like an Opal clone with a Camaro paint scheme. Again, two steel bumper Vettes wasted! Hopefully they run extremely well. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

I may be the only one hanging out on this limb...but the Baldwin Motion cars as a lot, were pretty much BUTT UGLY!!! I realize they are serious collector cars and are worth tons of coin but damn they're tough on the eyes!! A guy pulled next to me at a car show with a documented 70 Camaro Baldwin and it had a pretty hideous look to it..bulbous hood, funky colored interior and that horrible paint job...was thinking that Bubba styled that one..
