Something seems fishy here, especially under "Terms of Sale" where the seller is claiming a 'Buy it Now' price of $9000.00 (although the car has been bid up to $30,000 as of this posting). New variation on an old scam?

That's one of the hundreds of hijacked "scam" auctions that have plagued eBay for the last two months from the scammers in Portugal, Italy, Romania, etc. It has been pulled since you posted. They're all the same - ridiculously low "Buy It Now" price, demand for Western Union money transfer, etc.
