Spare motor + pcm question

I have a spare 95 lt1 with full harness and pcm. I am going to be dropping it in my 94 c4 that's an auto. The pcm from the 95 is tuned and from a manual car.

Will the tuned pcm from the 95 engine act wonky with my 4l60e since it came from a manual car?

Also, I got a complete engine harness with it. My current harness in the car could use replacement. How hard is a complete engine harness swap? I noticed one part goes into the firewall and into the passenger footwell. The part that meets the firewall is wrapped. Is that line one solid piece or is there a connector there?

I would prefer a new harness but if it's a pain in the ass, I'll use my old harness

Thank you!

For starters, the PCM will need flashed. AFA, the harness, you'll need a schematic of both to know or someone here will know.

Thank you.

May I ask why schematic? The engine i have with the harness hooked up looks all plug and play. Could you tell me what I am missing

Just use the engine minus trans and your old wiring harness & PCM you will be good.

Thank you.
