Speaking of Seats

Today saw a couple theads started on seat questions. I didn't want to get off track on those, so I'm starting a new one. Two questions:

1) I have an 85 - it has a power seat for the driver but not for the passenger. Can I replace the passenger seat with a power seat? - If so, is it pre-wired or will I have to create a separate wire harness.

2) Can the original seats be replaced with Sport seats if I chose to do that?

I can answer your first question. You can swap out the cushions from passenger to driver side. I do not think you can swap in a sport seat with out hacking at the wiring.

Assuming 85 is like 87, the wiring will probably be a real PITA. The switches were 'missing' on the passenger side on my '87... just putting them in would be job
