Springs For LPE 219 Cam

Does anyone know the spring recommendation for the LPE 74219 cam?

I'm getting AFR 195cc heads, the springs are set up with 120# at the seat & 300# open pressure. Will the cam work well within these parameters?

Also, question on total lift.....this cam w/1.6RR's is .560/.560. The springs on the AFR heads (basic package) are rated a .550 lift. I know that spring ratings allow a little variance. Is +.010 on the lift acceptable? I don't want to get into any extra maintenance because I made a stupid spring decision, this would be totally unnecessary.

I would suspect those springs will work. Most of Comp.Cams cams that are around.525 lift call for #986 springs which are dual springs with 120#seat and 290#open. Dont know about the 1.6 rockers though. You could probably call them and ask, if their still there. Number used to be 219-724-2552.
