Starter interrupt relay

1984 Occasionally the starter will not work. I believe it is the starter interrupt relay as part of the security system. I want to just bypass this relay since there are many issues with the security system that I have no interest in repairing. I have the shop manuals but can not be sure where this relay is. I am guessing behind the dash/radio area. Anyone know for sure? Thanks
 
I'm not sure about the C4's but my '81 is under the ash tray

Totally different than the '81!! The Starter Interrupt Relay is behind the center panel, above the radio. It's the white relay in this pic:

If you have the GENUINE '84 FSM, it's shown in fig. 8A-39 (pg. 8A-46).

FWIW
That UTD theft fuse in the holder is probably the horn fuse. That's the location on my '86 along with the horn fuse and one ECM fuse.
