Help! starting problem

I have a 76 corvette stingray. I have replaced all the wiring harness with new, new neutral safety switch, has a new battery, starter is good. I turn the key and nothing, not even a click. I'm at a loss as to what it could be. Please help

Double Check to see if your neutral safety is set properly

Or you could jumper across the NSS as a trouble shooting measure to try to isolate the problem. Hope you find the trouble spot soon.
