2005 starting Push starter button and dash lights light but starter does not work. Keep pushing probably 20 to 30 times and wiii start. Batt charged. Unhooked cable to reset computer. Put in a steering column lock bypass. ???

First off a WELCOME is in order. 
Now my first question would be; Manual or Auto? I've recently heard a guy say that his car was experiencing a similar problem and he had checked battery, steering by-pass and cleared the ECM....what he found was the clutch switch under the dash...on the steering column I think was wiggling a bit and not making contact. Just a thought if you have a manual trans.

Check your fuses in your fuse block.
