My 1998 developed this problem last week ,i've been shaking it to get it loose while turning the key. I talked to General Motors yesterday about the recall .My serial number does not indicate that it is under the recall campaign even tho it has the same problem.I have seen on this site where all of the 1998's will be recalled sometime this summer .My question is does anyone have an address where i can get this information and make the neccessay calls to have this fixed at this time.Tired of shaking steering wheel.
