Steering Valve Adjustment

I have a 1979 Corvette and the steering valve needs to be centered. How do you adjust it?

I used this same procedure Rare81 posted when I did my PS control valve replacement & re-centering several months ago. It worked great, and I haven't had any problems since (in fact, that has been one of the more 'satisfying' repairs I've done on my vette, since now I have no PS leaks and the PS works like it's supposed to, albeit like a '70s era chevy).
