Steeroids Service Bulletin - Important

the fellow that let me put the steeroids on his 71 got that same notice.

So, the car is now about 30 miles away on the other side of the river and the SB, suggests not to drive until the bolts can be replaced.

The owner of the car is not capable of replacing those himself, so we are now trying to figure out an easy way to get the car to my house.

Got the new bolts yesterday and popped them in there. They are much longer than the original bolts.

It would be good to call Steeroids and ask them how they found out about this problem---sounds like someone lost the bolts and their rack as well!! Hmmm...

I got the same service bulletin as well. Luckily, mine is still sitting on the shelf waiting to go on!

Chris, per Speed Direct, there have been no failures. This is a precautionary move to make sure there are no failures.
