hmm, after reading a couple of post`s it seems my purchase of the accel sr is going to be a problem. quick history. i bought mine used with fuel rails, 36# injectors, fuel pressure reg and 58mm tb. my point is do yall think i will encounter some of the problems iv read seeing how is this unit already came off another vette? other than hard to get to bolts? i gave $1,100 for all of it. will the gains be worth the hassel and what will be the gains? i wont go into the specs of my motor again. they are some where on this forum a few times. in short 383, bigger cam, ram air, msd, long tubes, borla.

Steve,

what are the specs for the cam, also what injectors are you running now? the 36# may be a bit much, but might be workable.

Depending on cam and heads for that matter it should work well

yeah the #36s are on the big side, but it would depend on the cam duration as to whether you can adjust

As far as installation, everybody has a rough time the first time they install it. If it came with all the bolts youre in luck.

Gains, I dont recall the cam specs but probably a HUGE gain over the TPI.

cam size

the car has all stock top end tpi. stock heads. the cam card says duration, 224/230. valve lift is 503/510. i figure if thats not enough i could go with 1.6 rockers. what do you think?
