suspected vats problem 1987 vette

hello all.i think my vats is acting up.but my security light keeps blinking,but it wont start.i ordered an sos from ecklers and should have it sat 3-9-02.please help. p.s. im the new guy over here. thanks jay.... i fixed the problem.it was not my vats. thanks.jay
