Just got off the phone with VB&P.

By the end of the week I will have.

1. Comlete rear poly kit
2. Rear diff mount poly
3. Complete Front poly kit
4. lowering kit (rear 10" bolts, front wedges)
5. 4 bilstein sport shocks
6. new rear spring

This will make the suspension new except for....

wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends and front spring. I "may" have to replace the front spring after I get it out to install the wedgy kit.

At least after 150K miles, it is about time to tighten it all up.

Down the road we will look into the extreme anti-sway bars and 13" brakes.

Hey Mitch, your private mail box is full so I can't respond to your request.

You need to delete or move out things you don't need there anymore.

This week is fine, after 5:30. Bring the pizza and a pair of jackstands and we will be in business.

Chris,
Just the few times I have met Niki, SHE WON'T MIND. She is cool.:cool

Where do you do all this work? In your garage? You must have an awesome garage.

Bob,

I built a spare 2 car garage behind the house. It is 24x24 with toilet, hot/cold water, a/c, cable t.v., phone, and deep sink. It stays a mess all the time because I can just shut the door and forget about it when I don't want to mess with it. We keep the house attached garage as spotless as possible with only Nikki's car and the 69 or 90, or sometimes my Grand Am up there.

I hate a messy house garage.

Hey, do you want to come help me sling the rear end and stuff back in? I will be all over it this weekend. I was thinking about doing a tech session, but time is forcing me to step up my efforts.

I would love to. The jet needs a good rearend job (wow! that's hard to type). I could use all the knowledge and hands on I can get. :confused Give me a call when and where. You still have my card for the house number (w) 317-1862.

Be talkin with ya
Bob

I still have your card.

You know, if you are any good with a digital camera and taking notes, it would be great if you wanted to snap some pics and take notes of the procedure (at least the rear end re-bushing job.)

That way we can spread the joy among the masses. It is a needed repair on many cars, but often gets over looked.

I will at least be putting the transmission and rear bushing kit in this weekend even if the diff is not finished yet. (I am subbing out the actual gear install as I am not ready to add that to my list of things I know how to do yet).

I ordered the parts from VB&P Monday, ALL the parts showed up TUESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Took the diff to Mike Britts last night with the new gears.

Now I have my work cut out for me to change all these parts.
