Swap-out for chrome

I'm looking for some input from one who might know or have experience with this. My '92 has had the stock sawtooth wheels replaced with ZR-1 5-spoke painted w/clearcoat wheels of unknown origin. All four are the same size and run on Goodyear Eagle GSC size P275/40ZR17. First: what was the earliest year the 5-spoke wheels were offered for non-ZR1 Vettes which of course excluded the 11" wide wheels, or could the previous owner just bought four "fronts"?
Second: Do you know of a company that will swap these out for chromed ones? (I realize there will be an upcharge). Thanks for your input.

I know Corvette Mike trades chrome wheels for stock wheels, plus some money of course, as well as selling them outright. Lot's of places do; just Google corvette "chrome wheels" + trade or swap or exchange, etc..
