switch for tranny lock up

got the vette back from the tranny shop today,seem that when they replaced the trany they did not replace the wires running to the trany that locks up the converter.I bought a switch mid-america that lets you switch from city driving the highway use.It does not let the car shift so quick.I decared the insrtuction
that tell me what wire runs to the trany.I`m hoping someone can help me out.
