T-Top Alignment ??

My 79 coupe has a right side T that looks forward of the left side..is there a way that I can align the T's. Also how hard is it to do ?? Many thanx..

I just did it on my '77 which is a little different. However, you loosen the two screws that hold the large aligning pin (front outboard corner) and loosen the two tounges that are inboard. Ease up on the hold down clamp and rotate the top until it's straight. Then tighten everything down. I don't remember if the '78-82 have the triangular alignment screw or not. This is located at the top of the rear window weatherstrip. Two people make this an easy job.
