Tech. drawing exhaust port header base plate

Is there anybody here who can help me find the exact technical drawing of the baseplate that is mounted to the cylinderhead. It's the plate that's really a part of the header. Normally spoken it's a part of the header but since I want to make my own headers I need that drawing so I can lasercut that piece out of Inox steel etc. etc.

I believe chevy dealers have a hotroding book that has all the measurments for each engine in it. If you don't find the info anywhere else you could check that out.
