I'd like to thank all of you who have kept in touch with me over the past 2 months. Your care and concern have been greatly appreciated. I'm slowly easing back into sanity!

I'm a late-comer to the detailing discussion......after 36 years of owning the same Corvette......but I'm impressed with your level of knowledge DetailingDude, and your ability and willingness to pass it on.

Why am I so late to the topic?

"Detailing" didn't exist in the 1960s ; I raced the car in the late '60s through early '80s; and I parked it and forgot it for 16 years. However, now that I'm rebuilding it and painting it "black" I got a sudden interest in detailing.

I met Mike the DetailingDude at the recent Florida Caravan to Bowling Green last month. He was doing it all: filming the video for the FL Caravan, washing cars, selling his products.

Mike: THANK YOU for all your tips on cleaning and detailing my Vette. I left your booth at the museum grounds (after buying your recommendations) eager to wash and wax my car the proper way.
