I installed my March Pulley set today as a Mock up for a test fit. I mounted the New Power Master Alternator on the March bracket. All fit well. Although the instruction sheet was very Poor.
In fact...It wasn't really an instruction sheet ...just a line picture or drawing of how it mount's looking at it from the front. One of the brackets was shown in reverse and would not hook up the way they had pictured it or drew it. I had one extra part that wasn't shown on the sheet. An Idler pulley with a long bolt and a 2.5" spacer. Ah........ok which bolt hole does this mount in.
After calling March the Dude said..... I'll Fax you out our new instruction sheet showing where that pesky pulley mounts in about 15 min. I said ok..... and after a second call ....40 min later it arrived.
Now....  ..the new instruction sheet was the same sheet I had except drawn in on the sheet in Black Sharpe by free hand was this circle where the idler pulley mounts and the old belt posistion crossed out and the new belt posistion shown...
I had more paper work on Warranty info (4 sheets) then I did on instruction sheets...Yeah.... CNC Machined.. Billet Powerder Coated Pulleys.......$10 Million Bucks.... Instruction sheet for above $.03 ..
