Today I performed what seems to be my yearly (Spring) ritual - changing out the battery :eek
3 for 3, this one was free :cool seems the old one held ZERO volts :eek
I also picked up some Meguiars NXT for the shine :cool as Surf & FXGS suggested :upthumbs we'll see how deep we can get the shine :cool
between this and the brake job on my wifes truck, today was a busy day :D

Anyone else have to change their battery this Spring :confused

Funny you should bring this up. Just last week I had to replace my 72 month AC Delco battery after 36 months. At least they they pro-rated it.

Curious as how you will like the NXT. I've been using their entire line and am really pleased with the results.

...mine was a free replace for the first 3 years :upthumbs

Got this C4 battery change down to 5 minutes now :D

As I was leaving the store, I saw a whole selection of NXT products, I just bought the polish :cool

I used to go through that ritual about once a year. 4 of my cars are not daily drivers. Then I found a 2 volt trickle charger that will not overheat the battery. It's made by a co called Guest, cost ~ $25 at the boat store and haven't had to replace batteries in 2 yrs now. And the best part is that I don't find dead batteries anymore either.

Try it, you'll like it.

Luigi, I will have to look into the battery charger for my B2K - I had a headlight motor go bad and it caused a 3 amp draw on it last year, now it is a .02 amp draw (clock, etc.)

This was the only one this spring to be changed ;)
