the looming, low profile of something sinister and grey, with two wide stripes, from the chin spoiler , up over the nose, and along the roof to the rear deck, where it continued , but split to cover the roof high , full with, obviously functional, spoiler, with tires way too wide ... I peddled and let him slide in.front of me. Viper, with a wide body kit...and what sounded like twin turbos...a noticeable whine..when he punched it through opening being made by something silver from japan with suv written on it ...effortless acceleration to at least 100mph in my opinion, in less than two seconds from 70mph...

What you didn't give him a run??? What the HECK!!!

I had some guy in a Nissan Versa who was behind me and I slowed for the 35 zone from 45, he passed me like I was stupid or something. He must have felt like the big man passing a Vette. Luckily, for me the road is tow lane and at the next light I pulled along side. Needless to say when the light turned green he got an educaton...I was shifting at half throttle at 4500 and kicking his stupid butt. Why do people with slow cars do stupid things. Normally, I dont get any crap from anybody, but everyonce in a while someone needs schooled. Unless, they have a 500+hp Viper and my 300hp LT1 doesnt stand a chance, for now...MUAHA HAHAHA!!!!

I still think the best "in your rear view mirror" look is still a C5 with the amber DRLs. Just looks cool coming up behind you especially when you're not in your vette. Always wave them by

of course we realize that C4's are old enough that a lot of them have been "hot rodded" to exceed the C5's.performance..it's only 50 more ponys
but still im think a C6 would be tough to deal with..but im willing to try as soon as i get one..lol
