Question: Thinking about swapping my L98 to a LS7..

So yea I've been wondering about swapping my L98 to a LS7, I'm sure its possible, but what are the risks in this project? Is it worth it? And will I have to do a transmission swap as well?( I currently have a 700R4) This is nothing serious just throwing out there. Thanks guys

I believe that there are people out there doing this swap (LSx), It's not a pull the L98 and drop in an LSx and drive away type of swap, but it can be done.

Trans? Well if you are thinking LS7, you'd better beef the trans up...that's 505 horsepower there.

I was watching a vid on Youtube of a guy in Germany that did this. All I can say is one Bad C4. It was nasty, redline for a good time and lots of tire smoke.
