Question: Throttle Enhancer

I saw this on Ebay but dont understand how it works (link below). The way they explain it, I think it means at 70% throttle it makes the computer think it is at 100% throttle. I dont think this is right because it doesnt seem to benefit anything.

Does anyone know how it works or has anyone installed one in there Vette? Just Curious...

1.Yes,You can tell a difference in better performance and a drop in gas mileage!!
2.I have a customer with one on his 93 LT1 6 sp,and it seams his TPS's only last about 8-9 months before they crap out!!

Don't waste your money on that BS. Just something to fool the ECM which isn't necessarily a good thing.
