Tie rod question.

If I replace the tie rods does the car require a wheel alignment?

I am in the process, ever so slowly of replacing all the rubber bushings on the suspension with TRW or Moog polyurethane bushings.

If you count turns when taking it apart and put it together with the same number of turns you should be close.The thing that will throw you off is when it was last aligned. If it was aligned with worn ends you will be off. With the cost of tires I wouldn't take a chance though, have it aligned. Depending on how long it takes for you to finish everything you might get by with waiting till everything is replaced.
