Rob,

Our club (St. Louis Corvette Club) meets near Sunset Hills. We discussed contacting this person to see if we could help get the car back on the road but from the looks of it, it will probably be totalled.

The people who run Sunset Lakes, where we have our meeting, had their home destroyed. Their son and daughter were trapped in the house till rescuers got there. We took up a collection for them at our last meeting and are doing a fundraiser for them next month.

Lots of damage in the area and it will be a long time before things get back to normal.

Reading the account, I'd say they were lucky to survive, let alone without injury. Houses and cars can be replaced. Ron, I'd say that Corvette has seen the last of the road.
