No drilling the intake plenum needed!
The simple solution is to go shopping at Home Depot and get a piece of aluminum stock and bend the shape to fit the contours of the intake. Drill a hole to bolt up the sensor and cut the piece to fit the contours of the runner.
Then, bolt up the piece. You'll have a MAP sensor on that MAF intake in minutes!
NOTE: If you are using a Painless Harness- the leads to the MAP sensor are too short. You'll need to extend the harness about 8" to get the length needed to mount the MAP on the plenum.
I'd suggest purchasing a harness from EFIConnection as they sell correct length GM TPI swap harnesses.
