Traction bars for C1

Anyone ever install any type of traction bars on their C1"s. Buddy of mine has some annoying wheel hop that needs to be corrected.
 
My brother and I used to race his '58 with regular aftermarket "slapper" type bars, back in the late '60s/early 70's, and he still has the same ones on it. They work very well, but you may have to go with a stiffer shock also to stop the hop.

Original Traction-Masters are the ultimate solution; solid, smooth launches whether you drop the hammer or not, and they don't affect ride harshness or roll stiffness. Traction-Master is still in business, and are either making them again for C1's or are about to start making them again. Here's an original set on my '57 - I left them on when I restored it seven years ago:
