Tranny swap

i have an 85 with a 4+3 tranny. i'm looking at changing it for a 6 speed.

What mods need to be done if any?

If you go with the Richmond Rod you keep your bell housing just have to cut for the stick and change the yoke, if I remember correctly. it all comes in a kit. Lastly its not cheap. If it were me I would keepthe 4+3, I did.
