Transmission Saftey Switch Location?

Car is starting in drive. Starter is engaging while driving unprovoked. Does anyone know where I can find the location of the Trans Saftey Switch?

if it's an automatic the switch is right under the shifter console . on top of the tranny tunnel next to the shift lever.
