HI there,
I was asked this today by one of my customers and didnt have an answer.
I thought it was like the NCRS TOP FLIGHT and BLOOMINGTON GOLD, but I dont know.
And how do you obtain the triple crown??

From here:

The Triple Crown Award was jointly founded by Gold Spinner Concours President, Noland Adams and the directors of the Chevy/Vettefest Nationals, to honor those Corvettes which have achieved the paramount level in the evaluation of Corvette originality and condition. These Corvettes are exposed to the most stringent criteria in the evaluation of originality, condition and attention to detail.

Once a Corvette has achieved a Bloomington Gold Certificate and an N.C.R.S. Top Flight Award, an owner must enter their Corvette in both the Gold Spinner Concours and The Triple Crown, concurrently. If that Corvette qualifies for a Gold Spinner Award, it will simultaneously have achieved the "Triple Crown" status. Corvettes which succeed in this effort will receive a Triple Crown Award and certificate and then be registered with the Triple Crown Registry.
