TSB 92-308-10 Roof Panel Attching Bolt Rattles

Just ran across this TSB:

Model and Year: 1986 - 1992 Corvette

Condition: Roof Panel attaching bolts rattle

Cause: Retainer assembly may allow the bolt to rattle

Correction: The new roof attaching bolt retainer P/N 10193699 must be used with the new silencer P/N 10218584 which holds the bolt in the retainer. Prior to installing the new retainer, insert the bolt into the silencer and then install this assembly into the retainer cavity. Install the new retainer / silencer / bolt assembly on the vehicle using the procedure found in Section 10-9A-5 of the 1992 Corvette Service Manual.

1) Has anyone installed this fix? Any improvement?

2) I don't hear a bolt rattle per say, but one bolt refuses to remain tight. I need to tighten it approx every 400 miles. Was thinking that this fix might help in that regard.

3) Does this apply to all 4 bolts or only 2 of the bolts?

4) I have two tops - should I order 4 or 8 retainer / silencer / bolt assemblies?

5)Can someone post the instructions from the manual..
