That's a work of art. The efficiency of those inter cooler should yield some serious power.

Chris you can take the dial up warning out if your would. Pics have shrunk :D

Whoa!!!!:crazy :crazy :eek :eek This dial-up isn't affaid to wait on awesome pictures like those!!!

Whooow, this is some SERIEUS turbo plumming!!
Does the hood still fit?
Sure would like to here these turbo's blow off some steam :D

Groeten Peter.

Wow, that looks awesome. It's so radically different I'm wondering if he actually saved any work using the B2K as the starting point versus a stock C4? The only think I can think of that may have helped from the original configuration is the frame rail notch. Maybe headers? Really nice fabrication work on that intercooler plumbing. That thing is going to be an absolute beast. I hope he shares some dyno numbers (hint...).

Thanks SurfnSun for posting the pictures for me, I tried for hours and couldn't get it done. Yes, the plumbing fits under a stock Corvette hood-I was lucky to pick one up for 150.00 ! Am in the process of molding in Greenwood heat extractors ala Sledgehammer. As for using a stock vette for this project, The Callaway modded starter and the turbo sump with pump on the surpentine belt would be hard to duplicate, Along with the headders ,wonderbar ect.

YOU ARE FREEKIN SICK,TWISTED,WARPED,DROPED ON YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU WERE A KID, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come pick me up,we'll go CRUSIN!!!!!!! You should be VERY PROUD!!!!!!!!!:eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :Steer

Turbocat, How long have you been working on this project?? I recall years ago, seeing your engine (miniram w/ angled TB) on TPIS' website - how close it it to being fired up?

What are the intercoolers from and did you change volume?

Your car was like a rumor that wouldn't quit - it is nice to finally see pictures of it becoming a reality :v :m

I've had the miniram on the motor for 2-3 years- drag raced some (not very well) best times 11.70 at 124. No matter what I did to the motor it wouldn't run faster because the turbos were maxed-not enough air. One month ago I decided to go all the way -larger turbos, front mounted intercooler and 427 aluminum stroker small block, 6 and one quarter rods ;227cc afr race heads.Turbos and intercooler plumbing is done and now building the engine. Intercooler is custom made (one piece) per my design from spearco. Flows 2000 cfm good for 1500 hp.
