My Turn Signals both work but my Left side Indicater Light does not work in the dash. I checked all the other Threads but could find no information on changing this Lamp. Can I change this Lamp without pulling the Dash Pod out. Thanks, Frank

Dash Bulbs

Only if you're flexible enough to snake your arm up that far behind the dash and hopefully get the bulb out and the new one in.

It's not that hard to get the speedo bezel out and you can replace all the bulbs and any bad sockets at the same time. If I remember I had to remove the steering column bracket at the bottom of the dash to get enough room to get the bezel out. I think getting the speedo cable off and back on was the worst part. If you've had the gauge bezel out before you'll know what I mean about trying to change the bulb without removing it. All my Dash lights were very dim so doing them all and cleaning all the connections was the way to go for me.

Good luck

i agree completely. it's tough enough to make your arm into a contortionist to work the speedometer cable off/on with the panel partially removed, lol. once that is done, however, checking out the remainder of the panel lighting and the circuit "board" and cleaning/repairing is loads easier.

Thanks everyone for the info, i have a fat hand so i will be removing the Gauge Bezel when i get a chance.

:w Frank,

While you have the bezel out, you might as well remove the speedo and tach and replace all the dash bulbs ;)

Here is an excellent Thread this thread has some great recommendations for upgrading bulbs for brighter lighting ;)
